Not a happy Blues finish 7/20/2009
All Stars drew the curtain to the 2008/2009 Glo Premier League at home but the Blues did not finish the season on a winning note.

On the final day of the season, the Blues were 0-1 losers to Sekondi Hasaacas at the Wa Park.

Despite the defeat, the Blues can look back to an improved second season in the elite division.

Lots of positives can be derived from the team's participation in a season where some key players have received call ups into Ghana's Under-20 national team, the Black Satellites.

All Stars have also finished the season as the second-best side in the league with the best defensive record, having conceded 24 goals all season.
