Blues prepare for final day 7/18/2009
All Stars stand the chance of finishing above last season's 7th place when the Glo Premier League comes to a finish on Sunday.

Presently logged at the 7th position, the Blues can improve on last season's performance.

A long season where the Blues have experienced mixed results, a steady improvement has certainly been achieved with a remarkable solid defence in the league.

Ahead of Sunday's season finish with Sekondi Hasaacas at the Wa Park, the Blues are rated the second best defensive team team in the competition, having conceded a total of 23 goals in 29 games.

With Hasaacas visiting, the stakes would certainly be high as a win by the home team might condemn the team from the Western part of the country to relegation.

Hasaacas, however need to pick the maximum points to avoid the drop.
